Getting sober

What experiences in life helped you grow the most?

My first experience was sobering up in 1986 through AA. My life had totally unraveled. One problem that didn’t go away was my relationships with men. I continued to date active alcoholics. When I was 42 I spent a month in a facility for co-dependence. What an eye-opening experience. That was my 2nd life-changing experience.
