Have I truly had my dream home?

What would that entail. I have had many nice homes in the last 27 years. My favorite was in La Veta CO. It was a spanish style with stucco, wood log beams, brick floors. A huge adobe fireplace that we heated our home with. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, an open kitchen and dining room. A very nice pantry and it had an apartment attached. It was perfect for because our mother in law lived with us. She was able to have her own space. We had an unobstructed view of the Spanish Peaks. It was a passive solar home and was positioned perfectly for each season. At times it was very warm. There were windows all the way across the house. We even had an adobe kiva. It was very cold in the winter and we wear our wonderful sweaters, warm pants, hoodies. It was living a mountain life. We were at 7000. As I am describing this I do think this was my dream home! A fabulous place. And beautiful.
